01 — Submit your dress
Fill in the online pre-evaluation form and upload a few photos. Takes about 5 minutes, and there's no commitment at this stage.
02 — We review and come back to you
Our team assesses your submission within 2 business days. If your dress is a good fit, we send you a consignment agreement along with any quotes for cleaning or alterations needed to get it shop-ready.
03 — Sign, pay, and hand it over
Happy to proceed? Sign the agreement and pay the once-off R800 admin fee — this covers courier collection, our in-person evaluation, and getting your dress live in-store and online. If your dress sells, the R800 is deducted from our commission, not yours. You effectively get it back.
04 — In-person evaluation
Once your dress arrives with us, we do a thorough in-person assessment. If anything differs from the original submission, we'll be in touch to discuss next steps before proceeding.
05 — We get it looking its best
Any agreed cleaning or alterations are completed in-house, then your dress is professionally photographed, if necessary) — ready for the boutique floor and our online listings.
06 — Live and available
Your dress goes live in our Pretoria boutique and on our website. Brides can view it online, book a private fitting, or purchase directly.
07 — Sold. You get paid
Once your dress sells, we process your payout within 7 business days — straight to your account. Remember, the R800 admin fee comes off our side when the dress sells, you get your full share.
